A Scoot Coupe is a three wheeled moped powered by a 49cc Piaggio motor most commonly found in the Italian Vespa scooter. Each Scoot Coupe is equipted with a horn, directionals, headlights, brake lights and seatbelts. There is even a trunk to store some of your beach supplies.
